Welcome to Elphin Youth Ministry

Our Vision

Inspired by the Holy Spirit and Guided by the Church, under the Patronage  of Our Lady, our youth and young adults will discover and experience an enduring personal relationship with Jesus Christ, empowering them to fully participate in the Life, Mission and Work of our Catholic Faith Community, where they will be loved, accepted, valued, protected and enriched, personally and spiritually.

Our Mission

Motivated by Christ and Empowered by the Holy Spirit while building on the Sacraments of Initiation, we endeavour to accompany the young people of our diocese in the maturing and flourishing of their Catholic faith.  Journeying with them we endeavour to respond to their expectations, enter into dialogue with them and propose to them the way of Christ and the Gospel, while encouraging them to share their unique gifts, energy and joy with the larger community in a context that is safe, life giving and enriching.
